Hello August: Root, Restore & Rise ‸
Welcome to the Garth Newel August Yoga Series, where we embrace the transition from the fullness of summer into a season of grounding, gratitude, and renewed purpose. This month is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate strength from the inside out. Each class will blend mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and deep relaxation to help you release stress, improve flexibility, and create space for new intentions. Whether you're stepping onto your mat for the first time or have an established practice, you'll leave each session feeling more balanced, centered, and empowered.
August Theme: Root. Restore. Rise. Together we will:
Ground ourselves through intentional movement.
Release tension and restore body, mind, and spirit.
Build strength, resilience, and inner peace.
Set meaningful intentions for the month ahead.🧘♀️
Create a supportive community where everyone is welcome.
Come exactly as you are. Bring your mat, water, and an open heart.
Let's welcome August with grace, gratitude, and the courage to grow.
"New month. New energy. New intentions. Let's grow, flow, and glow together."
