Grief touches every part of our being—our hearts, minds, bodies, and spirits. Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a life transition, or another significant change, this nurturing workshop offers a safe and supportive space

to honor your journey.

Through gentle yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and guided reflection, we will explore ways to release tension, reconnect with ourselves, and cultivate moments of peace amid loss. This experience is designed for all levels, including those with no prior yoga experience.

Every practice can be adapted to meet

your unique needs and comfort level.

Together, we will create a compassionate community where healing is not about “moving on,”

but about learning to carry our grief with

greater resilience, self-compassion, and hope.

During this workshop, participants will experience:

Gentle, trauma-informed yoga practices
Breathwork to calm the nervous system
Mindfulness and guided meditation
Opportunities for reflection and personal healing
Restorative relaxation and self-compassion practices
A supportive, judgment-free environment

Come exactly as you are.

There is no right or wrong way to grieve.

Leave feeling grounded, supported, and equipped with simple mind-body tools you can

continue using in your everyday life.

No yoga experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any items that help you feel supported.

Personal Forest Bathing/Yoga Therapy
Shinin-yoku, also known as forest bathing, is a practice or process of therapeutic relaxation where one spends time in a forest or natural atmosphere, focusing on sensory engagement to connect with nature. Wellness at Serenity Springs will provide a 45 min Forest Bathing Meditation followed up with an individual 60 min Yoga Therapy Session and Sound Bowl Healing Meditation.
